1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jitu4d," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jitu4d online betting platform operated at https://jitu4d.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the jitu4d platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created upon successful registration on the jitu4d platform.

• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by the User to their jitu4d Account balance via approved payment methods.

• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, or other incentives credited to a User's Account as part of jitu4d promotions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount of betting turnover required before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any part of the jitu4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jitu4d platform and not create an account.

jitu4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use jitu4d Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. jitu4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP). Services are provided exclusively to Indonesian residents and are not available to individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. Accounts registered by individuals who lack legal capacity will be void.
• Single Account: You may register and maintain only one Account with jitu4d. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. This includes accounts registered using different names, addresses, or payment methods but controlled by the same individual.
• Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of jitu4d Services complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction. jitu4d is not liable for any User's violation of applicable gambling laws.

jitu4d reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and residency at any time by requesting documentation including but not limited to government-issued identification, utility bills, bank statements, or other proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use jitu4d Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

During registration, you will create a username and password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to:

• Create a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with any third party
• Immediately notify jitu4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out from your Account at the end of each session, especially when using shared or public computers

jitu4d is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. In the event of suspected account compromise, jitu4d reserves the right to temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

jitu4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian players: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from your bank. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process due to banking system delays.

You agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are intended for betting and gaming purposes on the jitu4d platform. jitu4d is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.
• You will not use jitu4d Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• jitu4d reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that violates these Terms or appears suspicious.

jitu4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges for which jitu4d is not responsible.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah)
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah)
• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the same name as your jitu4d Account
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on verification status and withdrawal amount. Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed during the next business day. Withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional security verification and take up to 24 hours to process.

jitu4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. This may include but is not limited to proof of income, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence documents.

jitu4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank may impose incoming transfer fees, for which jitu4d is not responsible. In cases where a withdrawal is reversed due to incorrect banking details provided by the User, any resulting bank fees will be deducted from the returned funds.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jitu4d offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials for each offer.

General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible Players as defined in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount plus deposit amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period (usually 30 days) before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%. Sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or higher) to count toward wagering.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus wagering requirements are active, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: jitu4d reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting software errors, colluding with other Players, or betting patterns designed to guarantee profit without risk (arbitrage betting).

jitu4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before its cancellation will be allowed to complete the promotion under its original terms.

8. Betting Rules and Conduct

All bets placed on jitu4d are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and bet type before confirming your bet. It is your obligation to verify that your bet was accepted by checking your bet history immediately after placement.

Sports betting rules:

• All sports bets are settled according to the official result at the time of match completion, unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.
• If a match is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• jitu4d reserves the right to void bets if obvious pricing errors occur (e.g., decimal point errors, inverted odds).
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per day, as displayed on the betting interface.

Casino and slot game rules:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing agencies.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term theoretical return based on millions of game rounds.
• If a game malfunctions or disconnects mid-round, the round will be completed automatically based on your last action, or voided and stakes returned if completion is not possible.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage

Violation of betting rules or prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitations of Liability

jitu4d provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jitu4d disclaims all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jitu4d shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Technical failures, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software bugs, or third-party service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Errors in sports results, game outcomes, or odds displayed on the platform, provided such errors are corrected in a timely manner
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, or data suppliers

In no event shall jitu4d's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jitu4d, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

jitu4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failing to complete identity verification when requested
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your Account
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees)

Upon account termination, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any outstanding liabilities, bonus funds, or amounts obtained through violations of these Terms. jitu4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations you incurred prior to closure. If you wish to permanently close your account due to gambling-related concerns, please use the self-exclusion feature rather than voluntary closure.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling services. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jitu4d Services shall be resolved through the following process:
